Ingredients

1 8 lb. pork shoulder

2 2 cans cranberry jelly

3 4 oz.horseradish

4 approx. 16 oz. chicken stock

5 3 or 4 lbs. cut cabbage

Preparation

Mix #2,3,4 in mixing bowl Place #1 in a dutch oven (lg roasting pan)

Arrange cut cabbage around pork. season pork w/ pepper and chopped garlic to your liking. pour mixture over pork and cabbage place in a 250 degree oven and cook around 10 to 12 hours.
