Ingredients

4 lb. boneless pork shoulder

5 onions, sliced, separated into rings

1 cup barbecue sauce

16 kaiser rolls

16 cheddar cheese slices

Preparation

Place meat in slow cooker, top with onion slices and barbecue sauce. Cover with lid and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker; cut off and discard excess fat. Shred meat using 2 forks and return meat to slow cooker. Stir until evenly coated with sauce. Fill rolls with meat mixture and top with cheese slice.
