Ingredients

Chicken, whole (cut up) or 4 breasts

1 C. wild rice

1 onion, chopped

1 carrot, julienne

1 stalk celery, chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

1 1/2 C. chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp. Chef Paul Prudhommes Poultry Magic

1 1/4 C. uncooked wild rice, rinse and drain

Preparation

Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper and Chef Prudhommes Chicken Magic. Place chicken in slow cooker and cover with remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours
