Ingredients

cups chopped cooked chicken

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained

1

can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles

1/2

cup chopped green onions

1

package (0.85 oz) Old El Paso™ chicken taco seasoning mix

1/4

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne), if desired

1

package (16 oz) Kraft™ Velveeta™ original prepared cheese product, cut in 1/2-inch cubes

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Tortilla chips, as desired

Preparation

Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix chicken, tomatoes, chiles, green onions, taco seasoning mix and red pepper.

Top chicken mixture with Velveeta™ cheese; do not stir. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours or until cheese melts and mixture is hot (at least 165°F in center).

Stir.

Top with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
