lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

cup chopped onion

tablespoons ground cumin

tablespoon chili powder

teaspoons dried minced garlic

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth (4 cups)

4

corn tortillas (6 inch), cut into 1-inch pieces

1/2

cup chopped fresh cilantro

Shredded Cheddar cheese

Sour cream

Preparation

Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix all soup ingredients except cilantro.

Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 8 hours.

Stir in cilantro. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 15 minutes longer.

Garnish each serving with cheese and sour cream.
