smoked turkey wing (about 1 1/4 lb)

cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

lb collard greens, ribs and stems removed, leaves coarsely chopped (about 8 cups)

medium green onions, chopped (5 tablespoons)

green bell pepper, coarsely chopped

teaspoon Italian seasoning

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

Red pepper sauce

Preparation

Remove skin and meat from turkey wing; discard skin and bone. Coarsely chop meat.

Spray 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, stir together turkey and remaining ingredients except pepper sauce.

Cover; cook on Low heat setting 9 hours. Serve with pepper sauce.
