SLICE WHITE OR YELLOW ONION

CABBAGE

1 BOTTLE OF PALE ALE BEER

3 TABLESPOONS OF SPICY BROWN MUSTARD

1 TBLSP. GROUND CRACKED PEPPER CORN

1 TBLSP. ONION POWDER

Preparation

PLACE CORNED BEEF AND ALL VEGIES IN SLOW COOKER. MIX 1/2 BOTTLE OF BEER WITH MUSTARD, GROUND CRACKED PEPPERCORN, AND ONION POWDER. POUR OVER MEAT AND VEGIES. POUR REMAINING BEER OVER. COOK ON HIGH FOR 1 HOUR, THEN ON LOW FOR NEXT 4 HOURS. SLICE CABBAGE INTO WEDGES AND PLACE ON TOP OF MEAT AND VEGGIES, AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 1 HOUR TO 1 AND 1/2 HOURS.
