Ingredients
1.5- 3 lbs country style pork ribs (would probably work well with really think pork chops too)
1/3 c. maple syrup
1/3 c. soy sauce or seasoned soy sauce
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 t. allspice
1/2 t. chili powder
garlic powder
black pepper
1-2 onions sliced/chopped
Preparation
Sprinkle/rub ribs with black pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Combine everything else except onions.
Put ribs in crock pot. Top with onions Pour sauce over top.
Cover and cook LOW 8 hours
