Ingredients

2 pounds pork tenderloin

1 can root beer

1 bottle barbecue sauce

8 hamburger buns

Preparation

  1. Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, about six to seven hours.
  2. Drain well and stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over hamburger buns.
