Ingredients
2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 can root beer
1 bottle barbecue sauce
8 hamburger buns
Preparation
- Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; pour root beer over the meat. Cover and cook on low until well cooked and the pork shreds easily, about six to seven hours.
- Drain well and stir in barbecue sauce. Serve over hamburger buns.
