cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)

cups sauerkraut, drained, finely chopped

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

cup Thousand Island dressing

cup milk

lb thinly sliced cooked corned beef (from deli), coarsely chopped

Crackers or pumpernickel pretzel rods, if desired

Preparation

Spray 2 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, stir all ingredients except crackers or pretzel rods until well mixed. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 hours.

Stir well before serving. Serve dip warm with crackers or pretzel rods.
