Ingredients

10 3/4oz Cream Mushroom Soup

2oz Dry Onion Soup (1 pouch)

6 Small red potatoes (halved)

6 carrots (cut 2" pieces)

3-3 1/2lbs Boneless Beef Bottom or Chuck pot Roast

Preparation

Stir soup, onion soup mix, potatoes and carrots in 4 1/2qt slow cooker.

Add beef and turn to coat.

Cover and cook on low 8-9hr or until beef is fork tender. Can be cooked 4-5 hours on high
