Ingredients

cans (14.5 oz each) fireroasted diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained

cups chopped onions (2 large)

tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeño chiles

cup golden raisins

1/2

cup raisins

cup cider vinegar

2/3

cup packed brown sugar

teaspoon curry powder

1/2

teaspoon salt

Assorted crackers, if desired

Preparation

Spray 2 1/2- to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, stir together all ingredients except crackers.

Cook uncovered on High heat setting 6 hours or until thickened.
