Ingredients
8-10 plum tomatoes
1/4 cup EVOO
1 tsp sugar
2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
sea salt and pepper
Preparation
Prehead oven to 300 degrees. Arrange tomatoes cut side up on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with sugar, garlic, and salt and pepper. Roast 2 1/2 hours or until deep red and wrinkled.
