Ingredients

1/2 cup raw sugar (turbinado)

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk

2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tbsp peanut butter

3/4 cup rolled oats

Preparation

  1. Mix sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a large saucepan and heat to boiling.
  2. Boil for one minute.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and oatmeal.
  4. Drop by the spoonful onto wax paper.
  5. Let cool and harden for 20 minutes in the freezer.
