Ingredients
1/2 cup raw sugar (turbinado)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
3/4 cup rolled oats
Preparation
- Mix sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa in a large saucepan and heat to boiling.
- Boil for one minute.
- Stir in peanut butter and oatmeal.
- Drop by the spoonful onto wax paper.
- Let cool and harden for 20 minutes in the freezer.
