Ingredients
1 Box puff pastry shells,
1 Box No Sugar Added Vanilla Pudding,
2 Cups Skim Milk,
1 Tablespoon Lemon or Orange Zest,
1/2 Teaspoon Orange extract (Optional),
1 Can Mandrian Orange Slices,
1 Pint Strawberries,
1 Kiwi,
1/2 Cup of Low/No Sugar berry Preserves
Preparation
Pour 2 cups of skim milk into bowl a mixing bowl. Add pudding mix, zest, & extract. Using a whisk or electric mixer beat until well blended 1-2 minuntes. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare Puff Pastry per package instructions. Cool shells, remove and discard lid and inner pastry.
Wash, de-stem, & half the strawberries. Drain & pat dry mandrian orange slices. Peel, half, & slice the kiwi.
4.Heat jelly or preserves over low heat until smooth.
Fill each Puff Pastry Shell to the top with pudding mixture. Arrange 2 strawberry halves, 1 mandrian orange segment, & 1 kiwi slice on top of puff pastry. Using a pastry brush, brush melted preserves over the fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Use remaining fruit and preserves to garnish dessert plates
(Must be made day of use of Puff Pastry will get soggy)
