Ingredients
1 C. grated swiss cheese
1 C. chopped Smithfield Ham
1/2 C. chopped onion
12 oz. can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 C. hot cooked grits
1 T. chopped parsley
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. cayenne pepper
1 9" deep dish pie shell
Preparation
Sprinkle the cheese, ham and onion on bottom of pie shell. Beat remaining ingredients together together and pour in pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
