Chicken thighs.
BBQ Rub and sauce.
Chicken Broth
Butter
Powdered lemonade
Tang
Preparation
Chicken thighs. Trim to shape. Scrape fat from skin. mix equal parts powdered lemonade and tang. Liberally coat chicken. Coat with BBQ rub. Place in foil pan, add Chicken broth to 1/2 way up the chicken. Add dab of butter to top of chicken. Cook with indirect heat for 1 hour at 275. Remove and turn skin down for 40 min. Flip back for 20. Increase heat to 375 and glaze with BBQ sauce for 8 min.
