Ingredients
2-7oz. Salmon Filets
4 Garlic Cloves minced
1oz. Rosemary coarsley chopped.
Zest of 2 Limes
4oz. Ponzu Soy Sauce
3oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1oz. Mixed Peppercorns (grated)
Coarse Sea Salt (Pinch)
1 Cedar Plank
3 Bags of Organic Jasmine or Ginger Tea
Preparation
Steep your Tea. Then add that mixture plus enough water to immerse your Cedar Plank for 2 Hours. In a Medium sized mixing bowl, add your Salmon and all the above ingredients toss and marinate for at least 3 Hours. Once coals are ready, place Salmon on Cedar Plank and cook for 13-15 min. Enjoy.
