Ingredients
garlic and onion powder
sugar
salt
chilli powder
cayanne pepper for rub to be sprinkled on wings before smoking.
Preparation
place wings in smoker using favorite wood and set at 260 degrees and smoke for 2 hours. remove and place on hot grill and brush with sauce made with 1 part water and 1 part bbq sauce.( I make my own sauces but will not give out recipes.)remove and place in pan and apply favorite hot sauce and cover till ready can be warmed in oven if needed.
