Ingredients

2 lbs skinned and deboned smoked chicken meat.

1 large pink lady apple medium chop unpeeled

1/3 large red onion fine chop

2 stalks celery medium chop

1/2 pound seedless green grapes chopped or cut in half.

3/4 cup of toasted pecans-chopped

Dressing:

1/2 cup light mayo

1/2 cup light sour cream

1/4 cup fresh oregano-chopped fine

2 oz. fresh lemon juice

4 oz. white wine vinegar

fresh ground salt and pepper as needed

Preparation

mix dressing ingredients and let meld while mixing other in a seperate bowl then combine dressing with other ingredients, cover, and refrigerate at least two hours before serving Yumulious!!
