cups refrigerated shredded pork

cup barbecue sauce

cups angel hair coleslaw mix (from 10-oz package)

medium green onions, sliced

1/2

cup ranch dressing

oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)

mini burger buns, split

Preparation

In large microwavable bowl, place pork and barbecue sauce; cover and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

In medium bowl, stir together coleslaw, onions, dressing and blue cheese.

Spoon about 1/4 cup pork mixture onto each bun bottom; top with coleslaw mixture. Replace bun tops.
