Ingredients

1/4 Cup of each of the following ingredients:

Lightly packed brown sugar,

Apple cider viniger,

Soy sauce / Worcestershire sauce

1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt / 1/4 Tsp. Ground black pepper. Prepared BBQ sauce & Worcestershire to thin BBQ sauce. 1/2 C.White Vinegar. 1 slab of pork ribs.

Preparation

Cut 1 slab ribs into 2 to 3 riblets. Wash riblets in 1/2 cup of white viniger rinsing until water runs clear, pat dry. Place other ingredients in a gal. storage bag and let merinade for 3 hours turning bag occasionally. Place ribs on grill poor merinade over ribs. Grill indirect heat for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours turing once after 2 hours. When fork tender thin BBQ sauce with worcestershire sauce, brush over ribs, close grill vents and let set another 1/2 hour.
