apple juice (optional)
hickory wood chips
Preparation
marinade overnight with Teriyaki marinade apply dry rub 1-2 hrs before cooking preheat smoker 225-240 deg F fill water tray with apple juice or water fill smoker try with 2 cups hickory chips smoke at 240 deg for 2-2.5 hrs until meat temp reaches 145 deg F slice in 1/2" thick slices
