Ingredients

100g (3.53 ounces) smoked salmon

100g (3.53 ounces) plain cream cheese

250ml (8.45 fluid ounces) sour cream

50g (1.76 ounces) soft butter

2 tablespoons fresh dill

salt & white pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until the mixture is well blended and as smooth as you’d like it.

Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Pour into bowls/jars and refrigerate until set. Serve with bread/crackers of your choice.
