Ingredients
8 oz smoked salmon
8 oz cream cheese
1 english cucumber
1 jar black lumpfish caviar
1 lime/lemon
chives
sliced bread
Preparation
lay the clingwrap flat lengthwise, arrange the salmon end to end overlapping slightly in two lines to form a " bed " spread the softened cream cheese gently over the whole thing, lay the caviar over all, squeeze about 1/2 a lime/lemon and sprinke chopped chives, using the cling, fold lengthwise tightly and twist the ends to secure. place in freezer for about two hrs. slice cucumber paper thin, cut rounds out of a bread slices with a cookie cutter. at the last min. place in the oven @ 350 for 15 min, just untill crisp. remove roll from freezer, with a sharp knife slice into rounds. place 1 slice of cucumber, on bread, and top with 1 slice of salmon. serve at once.
