Ingredients

1/2 lb smoked salmon, coarsely chopped

2T light cream cheese

2T low fat mayonnaise (or fat free yogurt)

2t lemon juice

pepper

4 large hard boiled eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise

Preparation

  1. Coarsely process salmon, chream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and 3-4 grinds of pepper.
  2. Remove yolks and save for another purpose. Fill egg white halves.
