Ingredients

1/4 C mayonnaise

4 ounces cream cheese

1 T capers, rinsed and drained

1 T sweet onion, finely diced

1-2 t lemon juice

1/2 t horseradish

4 oz coarsely chopped smoked salmon

1 T chopped parsley

Preparation

In a food processor, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, capers, onion, lemon juice, horseradish and 2 oz. smoked salmon.

Process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in 2 oz. additional salmon. Top with parsley
