Ingredients

1/4 of a large fennel sliced into 1/8 inch slices

1 cup cubed smoked salmon

1/2 cup heavy cream or half anf half

1/4 cup milk

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp fresh dill or fresh parsley

1/2 package short pasta

Preparation

boil pasta al dente While the pasta cooks heat the oil and cook fennel for about 2 minutes add the heavy cream and milk and cook for two more minutes Drain pasta. Add cubed salmon and the sauce over the pasta and mix. Divide into 2 plates and sprinkle with the fresh herbs. Bon apetit !
