Ingredients
1 small thin pizza crust, such as Boboli
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
2 ounces cold smoked salmon, cut into pieces
1 ounce salmon roe
Fresh dill, chopped
Preparation
Combine mascarpone, chives and lemon juice. Spread over pizza crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature. Top with smoked salmon slices. Garnish with salmon roe and dill. Serves 2.
