Ingredients
3 eggs
1 c. cream or milk
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill
6 oz smoked salmon, skinned, flaked and chopped
1 c. cooked wild rice
3-6 oz. grated monterey Jack
1 prebaked deep-dish pie crust
Preparation
In a bowl, beat the eggs, cream, mustard, pepper and dill together. Add the salmon, wild rice and cheeses and pour into the crust.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for about 1 hour or until the center is no longer jiggly. Remove from oven and let set a few minutes before cutting.
