Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Bread (cubed)

1 cup Smoked Salmon (flaked)

2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

2 cups Milk

6 Eggs

1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard

1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Paprika

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Parsley

Preparation

Steps:

  1. Arrange the bread pieces in the bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Layer smoked salmon and Cheddar cheese over the bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In a medium bowl beat the milk, eggs and spices. Pour over the refrigerated layers. Top with parsley. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
