Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1/4 minced red onion
1 tbsp drained capers
1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 lb smoked salmon, sliced
Hearty crackers or 1 loaf party rye
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation
In small bowl, combine sour cream, onion, capers, dill, mustard and pepper. Mix well to combine. Serve with slices of the salmon and crackers or party rye. Garnish with lemon wedges.
