Ingredients
1 bread baguette
2 ounces of unsalted butter (preferably Lurpak or President)
Half a pint of heavy whipped cream
Fresh dill leaves
3 ounces of black caviar (preferably white sturgeon caviar)
16 ounces of wild smoked salmon
2 lemons
Preparation
Slice the bread at 45degree angle, with a thickness of 1/5 inch Heat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit Put the sliced bread in the oven for 6 minutes Take out the bread from the over and let is cool for a while Heat at a low temperature the butter until it melts Add the melted butter to the bread Put the heavy whipped cream in a bowl Start whipping the cream with hand mixer until it solidifies Put some solidified cream on the bread Put some dill leaves on the bread Slice the smoked salmon and add it to the bread Press the lemon Mix the lemon juice with the caviar Add some caviar on top of the bread
