Ingredients
1/2 lb fresh ground smoked sausage, cooked and drained
24 large mushrooms (or 40 medium mushrooms)
1/2 lb cream cheese
1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove stems from mushrooms, clean as needed. Cook mushrooms on a baking sheet for 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool. Mix cooled sausage, cream cheese, and Parmesan. Fill each mushroom with filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
