Ingredients
2 lg or 4 small trout fillets
1 cup (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 Tbsp grated white horseradish (optional)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chopped chives / green onions
2 tsp fresh dill
Salt to taste
Preparation
Blend first 5 ingredients lightly in a food processor.
Stir in chives / green onions.
Stir in 1/2 of dill - taste - add remaining if necessary.
Add salt to taste.
