Ingredients
1/2 lb Smoked Trout
1/4 lb Cream Cheese
1 Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 C Sour Cream
1/4 C Mayonaise
1 Tsp Prepared Horseradish
1 Tsp Green Tabasco
Preparation
Combine 1/4 Lb of the trout and first four ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Place mixture in seperate bowl. Rough chop last 1/4 lb of the trout, add to the bowl and fold in with remaining ingredients. Serve with saltine or water crackers
