Ingredients

1 lb. Boars Head Mesquite Smoked Turkey (ask for two thick slices then trim the edges)

1 1/2 cups toasted pecan pieces

1 1/2 cups chopped celery

juice of 1 lemon

Mayo - just enough to hold it together

Dash of coarse black pepper

Preparation

Cube the turkey and shred in a food processor. Place in mixing bowla nd add the remaining ingredients folding by hand. Add just enough mayo yo make it hold together or it will be smoked turkey salad. Serve with crackers.
