Ingredients
12 raw jalapeños
1 Large container of cream cheese
Package of thick cut bacon
Fajita seasoning
Wooded skewers
Olive oil
Preparation
Pre Prep:
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 min prior to cooking
Rinse and dry all jalapeños
Slice bacon strips in half and set aside
Main Prep:
Slice all jalapeños in half (vertically) and place on a large cookie sheet
Using a carving knife to gently cut out the inside of each half - just remove the seeds
Using a butter knife spread a generous about of cream cheese inside each half
Season each half - directly on cream cheese - with fajita seasoning
Wrap 1 half bacon strip around each half and place on skewer (about 3 per stick)
Lightly brush grill with olive oil
Place skewers on grill
Cook until bacon is nice and crisp and “melts” into the jalapeño
