Ingredients
50 Jumbo Green Olives with Red Pimentos
48 oz. of soft Cream Cheese
16 oz. crushed walnuts or pecans
(if you like you can substitute chopped green onions or parsley).
Preparation
Drain Olives well and pat dry. Roll Cream Cheese around each Olive, making it look like a mini snowball. Roll Olive Snowballs in the crushed nuts. Chill for at least 2 hours When ready to serve Slice in Half and serve on a platter.
