Ingredients
5 slices bread
1 tsp salt
4 Tblsp butter
2 Tblsp parsley
1 small onion
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasonling
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Melt butter, add diced onion and cook until translucent. Add seasoning. Cube crustless bread. Toss in fry pan to collect all flavours. Let cool. Stuff turkey. (made double batch for medium sized bird.)
