Ingredients
4 - red S4 napper Filets
2 - Lemons cut sliced into rings
1 - 16 oz jar of Medium Salsa
1 - 16oz bag of shredded cheese
your choice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place snapper skin side down in glass baking dish. Place lemon rings on snapper, layer salsa next, then shredded cheese. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes depending on thickness of snapper.
