Ingredients

1 c. chickpea flour

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 1/2 c. warm water

2 tbsp. olive oil

1/2 thinly sliced onion

1 tbsp. rosemary

Preparation

Whisk chickpea flour, salt, pepper, olive oil and warm water together, cover, and let sit 10 minutes to 12 hours.

Preheat oven to 450. Put 2 tbsp. olive oil in cast iron frying pan. Stir onion and rosemary into chickpea mixture.

Bake 15 minutes, then brush with more olive oil, broil to brown the top.

Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
