Ingredients

6 salmon fillets, 6 ounces each

1 tablespoon paprika

Salt and pepper

1 tablespoon ground coriander seeds

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cumin

Sweet Bourbon-Mustard Glaze

1 cup honey

1/2 cup molasses

1/2 cup bourbon

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Preparation

Directions:

Mix the spices, brown sugar and salt and pepper in a bowl and rub into the salmon steaks. Use all the mixture.

Prepare the honey-bourbon glaze by combining the honey and molasses; heat in the microwave or in a pan on the stove top. Stir in bourbon, orange juice, and mustard.

Cook the salmon steaks for 6-7 minutes on both sides until seared on the outside and translucent on the inside. Baste the salmon occasionally with the honey-bourbon mixture. Serve with the glaze.
