Ingredients
1 large white onion
1 large green pepper
1 bush of cilantro leaves
1 garlic head
10 aji peppers (sweet)
1/2 veg oil
Preparation
Chop onions, pepper, cilantro leaves and place in blender. Mix all ingrediants together until finley chopped, add small amounts of water at a time. Place in an air tight container. Keep in regrigerator for about 3 weeks. Can multiply the recipe for larger quantities. Can also freeze in a freezer container for months.
