Ingredients
1/2 lb soft bean curd, drained
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 red chili, thinly sliced
2 tbs chopped cilantro
2 tbs soy sauce
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
Preparation
Cut the bead curd into cubes and put in a flameproof dish.
Scatter scallions, chili, cilantro and soy sauce over the bead curd. Put the oils in a small saucepan and heat until almost smoking, then immediately pour the oils over the bean curd and serve.
