Ingredients

3 - 3 ½ C four

¼ c dry milk

3 T potato flour

1 T sugar

2 tsp instant yeast

1 ¼ tsp salt

4 tsp pizza dough flavor

2 T olive oil

1 c plus 2 tsp lukewarm water

Glaze- whisk and set aside

2-4 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed

2 T olive oil or garlic oil

½ tsp pizza or Italian seasoning

Preparation

Dough- Place ingreds in bread machine or mixer till you have a smooth elastic dough. Let rise till double in bulk, 1 hour. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a rope about 10 inches long. Tie each into a loose knot. Place on parchment covered baking sheet and let rise, covered for 45 mins till puffy. Bake the knots in a preheated 350 oven for 15-18 mins they should be set and only very lightly browned. Remove from the oven and brush or drizzle with seasoned oil.
