1 clove garlic

Preparation

Cut the potatoes in rings and put them in the bottom of the baking pan. Put the fish on top of them and salt it. Cut the peppers the onions and the tomatoes in rings. Put them on top of the fish starting with the peppers, then the onions and the tomatoes on top. Salt them. Cut the carlic in four and throw it around. Rub the oregano all over.
