Ingredients

3-4 chopped onions

2-3 cloves of crushed garlic

2 t of dried parsley or some fresh( you judge amount)

2 large cans crushed tomatoes

1 can tomato paste

2 beef bouillon cubes

red pepper to taste

Preparation

fry onions,garlic and parsley in olive oil until onions are soft. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, about 1 tomato paste can of water,boullion cubes and red pepper. Stir to combine. Put in meatballs and cook over low heat, uncovered for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Can add wine or more water if it becomes too thick.
