Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Butter, softened
2 cups Fresh Ground Peanut Butter
1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla
4 eggs
3 cups Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 cups Peanuts, roasted & salted
Grey Sea Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a standing mixer, cream butter & peanut butter. Add both sugars and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla & eggs, mix until well combined. Stir in dry ingredients including peanuts until just mixed. Roll into 1" balls and press down with the tines of a fork to create crosshatching. Sprinkle each with a few grains of sea salt. Bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden and just set. Cool on pan 3 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to complete cooling.
