Ingredients

cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2
cup water
1
tablespoon almond-flavored liqueur

pint (2 cups) Haagen-Dazs® Chocolate Sorbet
1
pint (2 cups) vanilla sorbet
1
cup crushed amaretti cookies
Preparation
In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, water and liqueur. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar melts and mixture thickens slightly. Cool 15 minutes.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of each sorbet into each dessert dish. Top with sauce and crushed cookies.
